About LifeIndex
LifeIndex is building a standardized longitudinal score for healthspan risk so people and clinics can measure direction, not just snapshots.
The problem that created LifeIndex
I built LifeIndex after watching the same pattern repeat: people were buying better panels, better wearables, and better protocols, but still could not answer one practical question with confidence, "Am I actually improving?"
Data volume kept increasing while interpretability stayed flat. Labs were precise, wearables were continuous, and interventions were expensive, yet most decisions still came from isolated snapshots.
I wanted one structured score that moves when biology moves, so progress can be tracked across retests and discussed clearly in a clinical context.
Founder bio
LifeIndex is led by a founder with a product and systems background focused on turning fragmented, high-noise data into decision-grade signals. The company is built in close collaboration with clinical advisors and methodology contributors to keep the scoring framework transparent and useful in real patient workflows.
The operating principle is simple: precision over hype, transparent limits over vague claims, and longitudinal measurement over one-time labels.
What LifeIndex is building
Phase 1 is a founding cohort rollout with both consumer and clinic tracks. Phase 2 expands re-scoring cadence, broader input coverage, and a published methodology whitepaper informed by real-world cohort performance.
The long-term mission is to make healthspan risk as trackable as credit risk: one number, domain transparency, and meaningful movement over time.
