Your health data is everywhere.
Your trajectory is nowhere.

Start with two inputs: recent bloodwork and a recent wearable summary. Get one LifeIndex score, a domain-by-domain breakdown, and the top drivers shaping your health trajectory.

Informational model. Not medical advice.

You already track your health. You just can't read it.

Your data lives in twelve places:

  • Oura says your readiness is 74
  • Whoop says your recovery is orange
  • Your last bloodwork flagged ApoB
  • Your DEXA still shows elevated visceral fat
  • Your VO2 max improved — but is that enough?

You're not missing data. You're missing structure.

No single tool connects these signals into one coherent picture of where your health is heading. You end up either paralyzed by the noise — or ignoring everything.

LifeIndex is the credit score for your healthspan.

A credit score doesn't track every transaction. It models the signals that actually predict financial health — and gives you one number you can act on. LifeIndex does that for your body.

We combine supported cardiovascular, metabolic, recovery, and activity signals into a single LifeIndex Score on a 500–900 scale.

Not a dashboard. Not another number to track. A unified signal.

Your LifeIndex Report includes:

LifeIndex Score (500–900)

One number reflecting your overall longevity trajectory.

Age Cohort Percentile

How you compare with peers your age.

Domain Breakdown

Cardiovascular, Metabolic, Recovery, and Activity — see which domains are pushing your score up or down.

Top 3 Leverage Drivers

The specific changes most likely to improve your score.

No dashboard to ignore. No daily habit to maintain. Just structured clarity.

  • Strongest Domain: Recovery
  • Weakest Domain: Metabolic
  • Top Driver: ApoB and sleep consistency

Built on a structured scoring model

LifeIndex is generated from a standardized framework built around a small set of supported health inputs.

We currently score only the inputs we can evaluate consistently — so the output stays comparable, fast, and clear.

Founding cohort members help refine the model and will be first to access re-scoring as the methodology expands.

Three steps. One score.

  2. We reach out personally — You'll receive a short onboarding guide to walk through your data inputs: recent bloodwork and a wearable summary.
  3. Receive your LifeIndex report — Your score, domain breakdown, and top 3 leverage drivers, delivered personally.

Optional inputs like DEXA, VO2 max, blood pressure, or performance tests may be added to enrich your score.

Not a medical diagnosis

Questions, answered

Is this medical advice?

No. LifeIndex is a modeling tool, not a diagnostic or treatment service. It is designed to provide structured context around your health data, not medical advice.

What data do I need to submit?

For the current MVP, we require two inputs: recent bloodwork and a recent wearable summary. Bloodwork should be from the last 12 months, and wearable data should reflect roughly the last 2–4 weeks.

Which inputs are currently supported?

The MVP is designed around a small set of core metabolic and cardiovascular blood markers plus wearable recovery and activity signals. The exact supported inputs are listed in the intake form.

How does the founding cohort work?

We're opening LifeIndex to 100 founding members who will be the first to receive a score, provide feedback on the methodology, and lock in founding member pricing when we launch publicly. Reserve your spot with your email - no payment required at this stage.

How is my data handled?

Your submitted data is used only to generate your LifeIndex report. We do not sell submitted health data. We retain your structured biomarker values to power longitudinal scoring over time - we do not retain your source files (lab PDFs, raw exports).

How is this different from InsideTracker or Function Health?

Those tools focus on individual biomarkers or lab delivery. LifeIndex asks a different question: across all your available signals, is your overall trajectory moving in the right direction? It is the layer above the individual tools.

Will I get an updated score over time?

That is part of the roadmap. Founding cohort members will be first to access re-scoring as the tracking product expands.

What does my score actually mean? What's a good score?

A score of 750 puts you in roughly the top 25% of your age cohort. Scores above 800 reflect consistently strong signals across all four domains. Most founding cohort members score between 620 and 780. The score is most meaningful as a trajectory - a score of 700 that improves to 730 over six months tells you more than any single number.
